Signs of mono tests

If you’ve been experiencing the above symptoms, you may have mononucleosis. If rest and a healthy diet don’t ease your signs of mono within a week or two or if your symptoms recur, see your doctor.
These blood tests will help diagnose mono signs and symptoms and confirm the disease:
Undergoing a CBC (complete blood count) will reflect the level of white blood cell in your system. This is an indication of the infection.
Liver function tests are also conducted to determine the levels of liver enzyme which occurs to almost 90% of people suffering mononucleosis.
It is possible that many infections occur and produce mild symptoms and are not recognized as mono, while other infections may not produce symptoms at all.
